I'm up to session 5 and feeling great. This has really been money well spent. Highly recommend it!

Such an interesting and pleasant experience. The introduction/explanation was calm and detailed, so I was keen to experience the benefits. There is a definite increase in energy and general wellbeing. I will be back.

First session with HOCATT today and it really was amazing. I’m not fully aware of the science or process but I did feel ‘lighter and brighter’ afterwards. Greg & Michelle were interested, helpful and caring. Have definitely booked more sessions:)
